It was a big gap between my last post and the one before that, so this post is to catch up and show some highlights of the stuff that happened in between those posts!
One of the biggest excuses of why it took so long to post was that I have tried to post videos on here but for some reason there is an error loading them and I don't know why or how to fix it. So I just kept putting it off, thinking that eventually I would fix the video issue and would then be able to post stuff, but oh well. I may be waiting for a long time, so I decided pictures will just have to do. If anyone knows how to fix this or has had this same problem though, let me know how to fix it please!
So now I will catch you up on everything that has been happening in the past three-ish months with some pictures of my awesome little family!
Fist off, my birthday! I turned 24 this year. :)
These are the DELICIOUS and beautiful cupcakes that my dear sister-in-law, Andrea, made for my birthday. She is quite the baker and when she opens up her own store someday, I will be her #1 fan!
Dallin trying to help me unwrap my present!
Going to blow the candle out!
Dallin loves bubbles. Chaz is helping him pop them.
Dallin playing on uncle Chaz's shoulders.
We played the game Guesstures. Uncle Christopher is acting it out. We were doing boys against girls... The boys kicked our butts, but in our defense, it was three against two!
Andrea was acting something out and it was just too funny. We were all cracking up.
Next up, some just plain old cute pics of Dallin!
Dallin loves splashing in the bath.
I just like the funny face he has in this one.
Hi mom!
He also loves books and being read to.
He will just go in his room and start pulling books off the shelves and look through them and then will bring me books so that I will read them to him.
I love this boy. :)
Hahahaha so silly.
Brandon and Dallin watching Daddy's favorite movie: Wreck It Ralph. Dallin doesn't ever really sit and just watch tv, so this was a rare occurance.
Uncle Christopher is going to cook Dallin in a pot and eat him for dinner, haha.
Next was Brandon's birthday. He turned a quarter of a century old this year! For his birthday we went to this place called IJump. It was a big warehouse with tons of trampolines and we had a lot of fun.
Me jumping!
They also had dodge ball games. I'm pretty sure we were the oldest people playing but who cares!
Go Brandon go!
Doing backflips into the foam pits.
I even did some! Learned how while we were there!
Brandon's birthday present was a new bike! He had been without a bike for a while and
really missed it so I tried to be very sneaky about it and got him this along with other
people from his family and mine. He loved it!
Brandon's birthday cake as a cheesecake. YUM!
Beautiful Rainbow.
Next is Easter! Ok so I didn't actually take these on Easter because I am a slacker mom but the day after I took these just for posterity's sake, haha.
And then Grandma Lori came to visit in mid-ish April! She came so she could spend some time with us and mostly Dallin and to celebrate his birthday too.
Dallin got lots of new toys from Grandma Lori.
And he discovered the joy of touch phones!
He liked to scroll through the pictures of himself.
We put Dallin in a box!
Grandma Lori, Chaz, Dallin, and Brandon going through a box Lori
had brought for the boys to sort through. Lots of old memories!
Brandon was feeding Dallin and made him make the "mean face".
We went on a walk!
And Chaz and Andrea were there too!
This was actually Dallin's first experience with cake smashing. Aunt
Andrea made some delicious cupcakes and one mini one for Dallin.
I sometimes wonder if Dallin feels like a monkey in a zoo.
I'm supposed to do what with this?
Like this?
Oh I see!
Now I get it!
Spoiled by. :)
These were the yummy cupcakes we got to enjoy. :)
While Lori was there we said Goodbye for now to our awesome friends and
neighbors, the Bybee's. They moved to Utah for Shawn's
student teaching! We miss them so much!
Dallin walking to Grandma Lori.
Dallin learned how to play Catch with her!
He was so proud of himself!
Hahahahahahhaa funny.
Playing blocks with Daddy.
Well that's it for now! Tune in next time for Lotts more exciting adventures with the Lott's! Haha I'm sooooooooooooo funny. :)
